Every guest receives thoughtful, one-on-one attention with customized services tailored to your lifestyle, hair goals, and individual needs. We focus on quality over quantity, taking the time to listen, consult, and create looks that feel effortless, modern, and uniquely you.
CANCELLATION POLICY
I truly value your time and ask that you respect mine as well. To help keep my schedule running smoothly, please review the following policy: • Please provide at least a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment. • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service to the card on file. • No call, no show appointments will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. • If you need to reschedule your appointment with LESS than 24 hour notice, the 50% charge will still apply, but that amount will be credited toward your rescheduled service when you arrive at your new appointment. • Repeat cancellations may result in being banned from future bookings. • Sickness is the only exception, and I appreciate you communicating as soon as possible in those situations and hope this will not be taken advantage of!
